Help! I’ve made an EFT but my credits aren’t showing!
Please note customers MUST use the Secure EFT Payment Portal within the platforms for credits to be loaded onto their usernames/profiles.
We do not accept or allow direct payments into our accounts due to the fact the allocation of credits is purely automated via our Secure EFT Payment Portal.
If your credits have not loaded onto your username/profile within 30 minutes of a successful transaction, please contact [email protected] with your username/profile and provide the Proof Of Payment for the transaction in question.
This MUST include the reference code from our system.

We do not accept SMS notifications or bank statements as valid Proof Of Payments.
How long will I wait for a cash-out?
We batch all cash-out payments every 24hrs.
Please note that the banks do not process payments over weekends or Public Holidays.
Payments will be processed the soonest working day.
