We are a publication, not a bookmaker or a casino. We cannot look up your betting account, release a withdrawal, reverse a bet or resolve a dispute with an operator — only that operator, and its regulator, can do that. If you are stuck with an operator, contact them first, and then the provincial board that licensed them. If you think there is a story in it, send it to tips@goldvalley.com and we will look.
