Who we are. This Privacy Policy applies to GV Online, the Android application available on Google Play, and to the services provided in connection with the application. GV Online is published on Google Play under the developer name GV Online, operating under U.O.M Travel Agency Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (Registration No. HE391579). The application and its related services are available through goldvalley.com. Goldvalley.com is an iGaming media publication covering betting, casino and gaming regulation across Africa. We publish news, events and guides. We do not accept bets, hold player funds, or operate any gambling service, and we hold no gambling licence.

What we cannot help with
We are a publication, not a bookmaker or a casino. We cannot look up your betting account, release a withdrawal, reverse a bet or resolve a dispute with an operator — only that operator, and its regulator, can do that. If you are stuck with an operator, contact them first, and then the regulator that licensed them. If you think there is a story in it, send it to tips@goldvalley.com and we will look.
