GV Online – Account Deletion

This page is the official account deletion resource for GV Online, the Android application available on Google Play. The application is published by Haralambos Haralambous on behalf of U.O.M Travel Agency Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (Registration No. HE391579).

Users of GV Online can request the permanent deletion of their account and the personal data associated with that account without needing to reinstall or access the GV Online application.

Request deletion of your GV Online account

To request permanent deletion of your account, please email privacy@goldvalley.com with the subject:

GV Online Account Deletion Request

Please provide the mobile phone number, username and/or email address associated with your GV Online account so that we can identify and verify the account before deletion.

Once the request has been verified, the GV Online account will be permanently deleted, together with the personal data associated with the account that is no longer required to be retained.

This may include account profile information, contact details, login and authentication information, device notification identifiers and other personal information associated with the GV Online account.

Certain information may be retained where retention is required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Any information that must be retained will only be kept for the applicable required retention period and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Account deletion requests are normally processed within  10 days of successful verification.
